Become a certified Early Childhood Education Assistant

Certified Early Childhood Education Assistant
En'owkin Centre, in partnership with Nicola Valley Institute of Technology (NVIT) will be offering a new and exciting on-line model of course delivery which qualify learners to apply as an Early Childhood Education Assistant. This will be offered in an intensive format to complete in a short time frame. Syilx community daycares are encouraged to contact us regarding our community co-hort model. Learners may then apply to the Early Childhood Educator Registry. This ensures employability within registered daycares in BC.

Aboriginal Education Early Childhood Education Program (2 year program)
Upon Completion these program options qualify the student to be licensed to work in Daycares and Elementary school pre-kindergarten programs such as "Strong Start" and "Jr. Kindergarten". Completion of Diploma qualifies participants to work in Infant/Toddler and Special Needs.
